in partnership with Mora Asian Kitchen.
In support of social distancing measures, the annual event that hosts a power-packed 12- hour programming at the Bolingbrook Performing Arts Center will be condensed into a 2- hour online show of cultural performances, talent showcases, raffles and a special live cooking demonstration of Filipino cuisines hosted by Mora Asian Kitchen in Bolingrook, Bayan Ko Restaurant and Jennivee’s Bakery. Island flavor inspired cocktails will also be mixed by Tanduay Rum. A special celebrity guest is also slated to make an appearance at the online Piyesta.
Through the online show, the organizers hope to pay tribute to our front liners and honor the heroes who lost their lives in serving others. All proceeds gathered will go to Mora’s Donate a Free Meal to Essential Healthcare Workers.
“At Home with Piyesta Pinoy 2020: An Online Tribute to Bayani Frontliners” will be live on the Mora Asian Kitchen, Bolingbrook FB Page on Saturday, June 13, 2020 from 1pm to 3pm.
